Instrument Introduction:
The MPE-16 vacuum parallel concentration instrument is assisted by heating under negative pressure conditions to promote the volatilization of sample solvents. After condensation and solvent recovery, it achieves rapid concentration of sample solution without the need for personnel on duty, and is suitable for batch sample concentration.
It can be used for pre-treatment of residue determination in various samples such as food, environmental soil, environmental water, and judicial testing, achieving rapid and parallel solvent concentration of multiple samples under vacuum negative pressure. Volatile organic reagents can be recycled.
Product Features:
1、Sample tube volume: Use a standard 260ml sample tube (other specifications of sample tubes can be customized)
2、Simultaneously concentrate and process 1-16 samples (customizable for 12/24/36 positions)
3、The sample is concentrated under the multiple effects of vacuum negative pressure, heating, and oscillation, without the need for an external air source
4、When the water volume in the water bath is insufficient, a buzzer alarm prompts for water replenishment to prevent dry burning, protect the heater from damage, and prevent the experiment from being interrupted due to water shortage
5、The sample tube rack and host are designed independently, making it convenient for laboratory personnel to quickly replace sample tube racks with different diameters
6、The instrument displays real-time parameters such as water bath temperature, oscillation speed, negative pressure, etc. During operation, the parameters can be adjusted at any time for quick concentration
7、The instrument is equipped with a built-in concentration database and a volatilization setting program for various solvents as standard at the factory. Customers can store and call data according to their own experimental conditions
8、Solvents can be condensed and recycled without being discharged indoors or causing pollution to the environment
